The apartment in Cocoloco was a charming retreat in the heart of Venice. The building itself, dating back to the 18th century, added a touch of history and authenticity to our stay. Exploring the city was a breeze, with popular landmarks like Doge's Palace just a short distance away. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to indulge in home-cooked meals, making us feel like master chefs. And let's not forget the balcony with its stunning city views; sipping our morning coffee while taking in the sights was truly a treat.

The location was mind-blowing - away from the busy areas but close to everything. The hosts were super welcoming, the kitchen was well equipped, and they even left us a bottle of wine and prosecco. The view of the canal was jaw-dropping and the apartment had all the necessary amenities. The neighborhood was a peaceful escape, with restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. The vaporetto stop was just 5 minutes away for easy transportation. The apartment was modern and had everything we needed, including Wi-Fi, a dryer, electric kettle, and cookware. The flat-screen TV and air conditioning were a plus. it was a superb experience and we would definitely stay here again!

The apartment at Cocoloco was equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen allowed me to prepare my own meals, and the bed linen and towels provided were clean and cozy. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch for relaxing evenings in. Plus, the balcony with city views made for a great spot to enjoy my morning coffee. As a low-budget traveler, these amenities were just what I needed to feel at home.
Personally, I found the bathroom a bit small. However, I understand that others may still find it adequate for their needs.

Fantastic Location: This apartment, nestled in a charming 18th-century building in the heart of the historic Cannaregio neighborhood, offers the perfect blend of central convenience and serene canal-side ambiance. It's like staying in the bustling heart of Venice while still enjoying the tranquility of a quiet retreat.
Patchy WiFi: Occasionally, the WiFi signal was a bit inconsistent, but it didn't significantly impact my overall experience.

Value for money was exceptional and the room was incredibly well-designed and cozy. The location in a quieter part of town with canal views was perfect, and the staff, Nadia and Roberto, were incredibly helpful and accommodating.
The hotel breakfast menu could have been improved with more variety and options.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in Venice's Cannaregio district for a week. The hotel is situated next to a beautiful bridge and offers stunning views of Tintoretto's house. It is conveniently located near many main attractions, with San Marco just a short 20-minute walk away. The neighborhood is peaceful and a great escape from the busier parts of Venice. The hotel is also close to restaurants, bars, shops, and grocery stores. The vaporetto stop is just a 5-minute walk away, providing easy access to the airport and other parts of the island. The hotel room itself has been tastefully renovated and has all the amenities one could need. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.
Would recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to restaurants and bars in the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and provided us with helpful information about the local neighborhood.- The apartment was well-equipped, making it convenient for us to prepare our own meals.
One downside of the hotel was the lack of clear directions and signage, which made it difficult for us to find our way around and locate the key. The noise levels in the hotel were quite high, which made it challenging to get a good night's sleep.
